I’m a senior marketing and communications leader with two decades of experience in complex, regulated environments — mostly healthcare and public services. I’ve led teams through transformation, integration, crisis and business-as-usual, often all at once.
I think strategically and I’m hands-on by default. I build from scratch when there’s nothing, rebuild what isn’t working, and make sure things actually land — not just in the boardroom, but on the ground. Most organisations don’t lack strategy. They lack someone who can close the gap between what leadership intends and what people actually experience.
I learned early — from someone who shaped how I think about leadership — that ideas mean nothing without action. That’s still how I work.
